Lee Organize, an initiative of the Utility Workers Union of America, was formed to support organizing efforts in Lee County, Florida. Their mission is to inform, connect, and empower local workers, and they needed a digital platform that could serve as both a resource and a hub for communication.

To this end, we redesigned their website in WordPress with a clean, accessible layout, integrated a third-party vendor program, and set up a blog for timely updates. To expand outreach, we also connected social media channels and a mailing list. Finally, we provided hands-on training so the team could manage and update their own website with confidence.
