Performance FieldHouse, a multi-sport facility offering space for practice and competition, engaged Appletree MediaWorks to modernize their digital presence and streamline operations. We completed a full WordPress website redesign, creating a custom theme that is clean and visually appealing.

To simplify reservations, we developed an integrated online facility rental system fully connected with WooCommerce. The system prevents double-bookings by automatically marking rented slots as unavailable and applies complex logic to avoid conflicting rentals.

We also created a custom WordPress plugin to manage visitor waivers and sign-ins. Guests can sign in on a tablet, read, and digitally sign required waivers, which are stored securely. These records integrate directly into the rental workflow, allowing staff to gather sign-offs at booking.

The result is a professional, user-friendly platform that improves visitor experience, operational efficiency, and secure management of reservations and waivers.
